[SIO GP Seminars] visitor seminar

All,

there is no more informal seminar but I have a "left-over" scheduled 
visitor.

reading room (former locale of the journal club).

Billy Landuyt from Yale University
Title: "Plate generation and two-phase damage theory in a model of
mantle convection"

Billy is currently a geodynamics graduate student  working with Dave 
Bercovici
and is interested in coming to SIO as a postdoc. I believe he plans to 
graduate
later this year. I've attached his CV. Please drop me a note, if you 
are interested
in meeting with him. He would be a great person to have.
