[SIO GP Seminars] follow-up on abbott seminar

Hi Folks,

following up on today's IGPP informal seminar by Pat Abbott
on San Diego's geological history, some of us were discussing
whether we should/would/could have a field trip to the beach
with Pat and Jerry Winterer.

A target date would be sometime in June. The trip (3h or so)
would be either along the beach, coming from SIO pier or,
preferably, coming from Del Mar or from Torrey
Pines State park though the latter is a little tough.

  I'd like to get an idea how many of us would be interested in such
a field trip so please drop me a note. Also, please say if you'd prefer
a weekend data or a work day. I'll collect the answers and see what's
best for most.

If we get enough people together, I'd be willing to print a  few graphs
and material for the trip for everyone to take home.
