Hello all,

I am pleased to announce two talks given by Professor Dan Schrag.
The Earth Section Weekly Seminar presents:

Professor Daniel Schrag, Director of the Harvard University Center for
the Environment



Monday October 29 at 3:15pm in Hubbs Hall 4500—refreshments at 3:00pm
before the talk



"Control of CO2 and Climate on Earth and Her Neighbors"

AND

Tuesday, October 30 at 11:00am in Munk Conference Room

"Oceanographic Approaches to CO2 Storage"

Professor Dan Schrag is from the Laboratory of Geochemical
Oceanography in the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at
Harvard University.  He is also the Director of the Harvard University
Center for the Environment.  His research interests span changes in
ocean circulation, reconstructing paleotemperatures of deep ocean
waters during the Pleistocene Ice Ages, coupling between the carbon
cycle and climate, and carbon sequestration.
