[SIO GP Seminars] Geophysics Research Presentation & Discussion: RESUME presentations Oct 4

The Geophysics Research Presentation & Discussion group will break  
from weekly presentations this week.

With the start of Fall Quarter, grad students will again be  
presenting a mix of journal papers and their own research.

This week, THURSDAY SEPT 27, will be an organizational meeting ONLY;  
no presentation.

We will resume weekly discussions with the usual announcement of  
topics next week, October 4 at noon.

Recall that there will be an Earth Section seminar on Mondays 3:15,  
which will include geophysics and a range of geoscience topics. (more  
complete announcement will be sent separately)

There will not be a Friday Geophysics seminar during the 2007/2008  
Academic year.
