[SCCOOS] SCCOOS 13-14 February UCLA meeting location

All,

Please note that the SCCOOS BOG meeting this Monday and Tuesday will  
be held on day one at the UCLA Faculty Club, and on day two at  
Hershey Hall at UCLA.  There will be a reception on Monday evening at  
the Institute of the Environment, but the meeting will not otherwise  
be held there.  Location details can be found below.
